Crunchy Baked Swai

If you are looking for something simple, quick, and inexpensive for a weeknight meal, you have to try my Crunchy Swai!

INGREDIENTS:
• 4-6 pieces of boneless Swai or Talapia
• 2 tbsp butter (melted)
• 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup grated  parmesan cheese
• 1 cup of fried onion rings

DIRECTIONS:
• Preheat oven to 350º
• Place fish on a baking pan
• Brush fish with melted butter
• Season each piece of fish with Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper
• Bake for 15 minutes at 350º
• Remove from oven
• Top each piece of fish with grated parmesan cheese and friend onion rings
• Return to the oven for 5 minutes until onion rings are crunchy

Serve on top of Basil Steamed Rice.
