Mushroom Dip

As my husband always says, I am not a Party Girl, I am a Dinner Party girl!!

Today I am giving you one of my favorite recipes that I usually take to somebody’s house. I suggest you go buy an inexpensive dish (I love the dollar store for this!) and you can then just leave the pan as a host gift!


1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Hellmann’s Mayonaise
1 Cup of Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
16 oz. Stems/Pieces of Mushrooms (Any type of mushroom you’d like)
1 Package of Good Seasons Mild Italian Dry Salad Dressing Mix

Simply dump all of the ingredients into the pan, stir well.
Cook at 350º for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with your favorite Crackers/Crostinis
