We are three Foodies. While we are so different, we have a lot of common interests. We love to cook, eat and laugh. We love people; so we love each other! That’s what brought us together. Culinary school gave Regí and Fritzie the missing component – knowledge and certifications – to equip us in our new profession. Laura is not only a great cook, but a great writer (“Brain Dead in the Burbs” and “Still Brain Dead and Cooking”). “Feeding” off each other’s friendship from yesterday has made us the friends we are today.
